Sears Holdings names David McCreight president of Lands’ End
David McCreight, a former chief merchant for Lands’ End who became its interim president in August, was formally named president today, Sears Holdings said. Sears also named a new executive vp for marketing, overseeing all channels.

Sears, Roebuck and Co. has named Mindy Mears, its top apparel executive, to head its Lands’ End unit as president and CEO. The move should help Sears leverage the Lands’ End apparel brand in driving up store sales, an analyst says.
