Web sales shrank for American Apparel in 2009
American Apparel reported a 5.2% drop in web sales for 2009. The clothing manufacturer’s sales for last year were $558.8 million, a 2.5% increase from $545.1 million in 2008.

The Buckle posts strong 2009 sales, led by a 45% web sales increase
Apparel and accessories retailer The Buckle reported web sales of $52.3 million for fiscal 2009, up by 45.2% from $36.0 million last year. Total sales were up by 13.4% to $898.3 million.
