CompUSA closes stores and looks for a buyer for CompUSA.com
Following a sale to Gordon Brothers Group, a Boston investment bank that specializes in retailing liquidations, CompUSA will close its 104 stores, but stronger ones may be sold. Gordon Brothers will operate CompUSA.com as it seeks a buyer.

Consumer electronics retailer CompUSA Inc. has launched an eBay listing management service for items dropped off at its stores in Las Vegas and nearby Henderson, NV, the retailer said today. Customers can receive payment in gift cards in lieu of cash.
