Stock awards play a growing role in the compensation of e-retail executives

Executive pay at 28 of the largest publicly traded web-only retailers averaged $1.08 million last year, up almost 5% from the previous year. Stock options and awards accounted for 47% of that compensation.

VistaPrint executive pay tops $5 million in fiscal 2007

Online custom print products retailer VistaPrint paid president and CEO Robert Keane $1.3 million in fiscal 2007. That figure included $337,050 in base salary, $408,125 in stock options and $562,960 in incentives.
