Third quarter web revenue blooms slightly for FTD
U.S. web sales for FTD.com grew by 2.8% to about $73.3 million in the third quarter from $71.3 million a year earlier. FTD, which expects to be acquired by United Online, posted international e-commerce sales of $47.5 million.

FTD consumer web sales drop in Q2
U.S. consumers didn’t purchase as many flowers online and by phone at FTD Group in the second quarter of fiscal 2008. For Q2, FTD’s domestic consumer web sales dropped by 6.8% to about $57.5 million.

FTD’s domestic consumer web sales dropped by 2.6% to about $40.6 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2008. The web accounted for about 89% of U.S. consumer segment sales vs. about 88% in Q1 of 2007.

FTD Group web sales flower 4% for fiscal 2007
Domestic web sales at FTD Group hit $254.1 million for the florist’s 2007 fiscal year, a 4% increase over $245.2 million during FY 2006. Web sales accounted for 88% of the retailer’s fiscal year 2007 domestic consumer segment sales of $287.6 million.

FTD’s third-quarter direct revenue grows 6%
Revenue in FTD Group’s domestic consumer segment, made up mostly of FTD.com sales, grew 6% to $80.2 million in the third quarter. Orders during the quarter grew 4.4%.

E-commerce flowers for FTD in FY 2006
FTD Inc. grew total e-commerce sales by 14.9% in fiscal 2006 and 24.9% in the fourth quarter. The company also has settled a deceptive advertising lawsuit it filed against Provide Commerce, now a part of Liberty Media Corp.
