In spite of two major card holidays, AG Interactive’s Q4 sales fell 4.4%
Q4 Revenue at American Greetings Corp.’s AG Interactive, its web-based greeting card unit, fell to $21.7 million from $22.7 million a year ago, in spite of a fourth quarter that encompassed Christmas and Valentine’s Day, both major card holidays.

American Greetings exchanges retail stores for a card brand
American Greetings is trading its card stores for Shurman Fine Papers’ wholesale division, which sells the Papyrus brand of greeting cards. American Greetings paid Shurman $12 million and also invested $2 million for a 15% interest in Shurman.

American Greetings web site revenue slips
