    Flooz.com, the creator of online gift currency, experienced record growth in fourth quarter 2000 with sales up 400% over the same period in 1999. According to Media Metrix, Flooz.com stood in contrast to most online retail sites, where traffic the week before Christmas was down from the holiday peak in early December.
