Amazon cuts off Colorado affiliates in reaction to a new sales tax law

Annual digital music sales remain essentially flat for RealNetworks
RealNetworks Inc. finished off 2009 with a slight increase in digital music sales but a drop in total revenue. Music sales increased by a scant 0.1% while total revenue declined 7.0%.

Mobile consumers flock to top m-commerce sites and apps, Nielsen says
Slightly more than 5 million consumers visited eBay’s mobile site or used its app in October 2009, up 26.7% from 3.97 million in October 2008, according to The Nielsen Co. Amazon.com came in second with 3.51 million visitors in October 2009, up 42.6%.
