Playboy isn’t playing games in the face of weaker web sales
Playboy Enterprises Inc. is looking at $10 million more in cost cutting in the wake of declining sales. For the second quarter e-commerce revenue declined by 21.6%, while total sales dropped by 14.4%.

Q1 e-commerce revenue for Playboy Enterprises was down 3%
Playboy Enterprises reported first quarter web sales of $15.2 million, down 3% from $15.7 million in Q1 2007, but the company is beefing up its e-commerce channel. Overall revenue was down 8% compared to the prior year quarter.
