Overstock.com elects Clay Corbus, Hambrecht`s co-CEO, to its board

Overstock.com Inc.’s board of directors has elected Barclay F. Corbus as an independent director and named him to the audit committee. Corbus is co-CEO of WR Hambrecht + Co, an investment bank.
