PayPal, the online payment service owned by eBay, has filled four new management positions with executives from Visa, American Express, McKinsey and Guidewire Software. Former AmEx exec Barry Herstein is PayPal’s new chief marketing officer.

eBay reports resignation of PayPal’s Jordan and other top executive changes
Jeff Jordan, PayPal president since December 2004, will leave this fall to spend more time with his family. He will be replaced by long-time eBay Inc. executive and Skype president Rajiv Dutta. PayPal and Skype are eBay subsidiaries.
