Yahoo’s Q3 display ad revenue drops 8% as search revenue falls 19%
With an 8% decline in display advertising revenue and a 19% drop in search advertising revenue, Yahoo has reported that its marketing services revenues dropped 15% in the third quarter ended Sept. 30, to $851 million from $1 billion.

It was a tough start to the new fiscal year for 1-800-Flowers.com. In Q1, e-commerce revenue declined 14.8% while total sales dropped 20%.

Q2 revenue at eCost.com declines 12% to $20.3 million
Business-to-consumer revenue rose during the second quarter ended June 30 at eCost.com, but a decline in the e-commerce site’s sales to business customers brought down total revenue by 11.7% year over year to $20.3 million, parent company PFSweb says.

Keynote’s Q3 revenue is flat, but profitability takes a leap
Revenue for the third quarter at Keynote Systems Inc., which monitors web site and mobile site performance, was $20.2 million compared to $20.5 million a year earlier. Net income was $2.1 million compared to a net loss of $407,000 a year earlier.

FansEdge parent stays in the game with a new line of bank credit
Dreams Inc., which had failed to meet some provisions of its bank lending agreement, says it has reached agreement with Comerica Bank for a credit line of $21 million through June 2010. That will help Dreams to continue operating, the company says.

Web sales drop slightly for School Specialty in FY 2009
For the fiscal year ended April 25, School Specialty reported a drop in web sales of 1.4%. Total revenue for School Specialty, which operates multiple e-commerce sites for brands such as ChildCraft and Sax Arts and Crafts, decreased 3.7%.
