Holiday shoppers have little patience for slow sites, study shows
Gift or no gift, one in three holiday shoppers will leave a retail web site if it takes more than 10 seconds to load, a new study from IT infrastructure firm Savvis finds. Three in four will not return to a site if checkout takes more than 30 seconds.
