To build customer loyalty just in time for the holiday shopping season, Shopping.com today launched a cash-back program that refunds shoppers who sign up for its Smart Shoppers Club up to 5% of the purchase price from participating retailers.

EBay led in the number of unique visitors to online shopping sites for the week ended Sept. 26 with 15.99 million, more than double the 6.62 million visitors to Amazon, Nielsen/NetRatings reports. Yahoo Shopping placed third with 3 million.
