Vermont Teddy Bear posts a 32% increase in 2005 web sales
For its just closed fiscal year, Vermont Teddy Bear had total e-commerce sales of about $37 million, compared with web sales of $28 million for fiscal 2004. Overall the web accounted for 55.2% of FY 2005 total sales.

Although it has plenty of room to continue growing on its Yahoo Store platform, VermontTeddyBear.com will also launch soon on a platform hosted by Demandware to offer extended shopping features, the retailer says.

Vermont Teddy Bear’s web sales grow 27% over prior year
In 2004, Vermont Teddy Bear, which also sells online with affiliate sites through PajamaGram, TastyGram and Calyx & Corolla, posted web sales of about $28 million, up 27% from Internet sales of $22 million in 2003.

Web orders help send holiday orders up 29% at Vermont Teddy Bear Co.
For the holiday season, web sales at its flagship BearGram brand represented 65.3% of the brand’s sales, up from 63.7% last year. Online orders for its PajamaGram brand more than doubled over last year. Web and phone orders combined exceeded 105,000.
