FordDirect routing more customer calls over the Internet to dealers
FordDirect is expanding a Voice Over Internet Protocol service to route consumer calls to more Ford and Lincoln-Mercury dealers. The service also helps dealers track the addresses of callers to better control ad campaigns, FordDirect says.
