Borders logged a 32.2% web sales increase in fiscal 2009
Retail bookseller Borders Group reported web sales of $60.4 million for fiscal 2009, a 32.2% increase from $45.7 million in 2008. Total sales were down by 13.7%, compared to the prior year.

The web accounted for 2% of sales at Borders in Q1
Borders.com generated web sales of $11.4 million in the first quarter. Total sales declined 12% in Q1 while comparable-store sales at Borders superstores and Waldenbooks decreased 13.5% and 5.5%, respectively.
