Charming Shoppes trades off Crosstown Traders to Orchard Brands

After spending $218 million three years ago to acquire Crosstown Traders, Charming Shoppes now is selling the catalog and e-commerce brands at a bargain-basement price. The retailer sold Crosstown Traders to Orchard Brands for $35 million in cash.
